Publisher review:PPC XML Feed script parses XML feed from pay-per-click (PPC) networks and fetches ads to the browser (output controlled by template). The script can eliminate the possibility of unintentional fraud by optionally using JavaScript to output ads (with URLs divided into small chunks). This will prevent any automatic software (such as search engine spiders, etc) from following such links.
There are two essential parameters that influence the effectiveness of your affiliate ads: cost-per-click (CPC) and click-through-rate (CTR) or the number of clicks per thousand impressions.
Your income from a particular ad is proportional to the product of CPC and CTR. For example, an ad that contains the word "free" is likely to generate more clicks than an ad packed with dollar signs, which means that the first ad can be more profitable even with lower CPC.
If you agree with this logic then you might not be happy with the fact that all PPC networks disregard the second parameter completely in their XML feed, i.e. they always serve results with the highest CPC first.
With this script, you can override this sorting algorithm by applying positive modifiers to the words that you believe will improve the effectiveness of an ad and negative modifiers to the words that you believe will hurt.
